“Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change.” -Dr. Wayne Dyer
This one may seem obvious, but I think it’s something we could all be reminded of once in awhile. Sometimes we get so used to saying the same dialogue about ourselves, others, and our environment, that it starts to spiral and can often times become something negative and seemingly a monumental feat to change.
To me, the biggest challenge and payoff from this quote is to be willing to let go of preconceived notions and release fear of what could go wrong if you change your attitude about something. (IE: love, money, dreams, goals). What if you embraced something in a new light and decided you weren’t going to be afraid of it anymore?
